🌸 PERIODS 🌸 okay so let’s be honest, most people think or see the word period and think ‘ew!’... like it’s something that shouldn’t be spoken about, that women are unclean, that it’s an inconvenience, that they just make women too emotional and moody!

💕 Having recently come off birth control I began to have ‘period’ related issues - @laurenrose_22 recommended me this book & with the help of them both - I’m starting to get my body back on track!

🌟 it’s CRAZY how at such a young age, women are put on birth control to ‘regulate’ & ‘prevent’ like it’s normal. It is NOT NORMAL - there are SO many other options, it just comes down to EDUCATION 📚

🌸 I’m just at the start of this new journey (& yes it is a journey... read the book and you’ll get it). If you’re thinking ‘I’m on the pill, I have regular periods, there’s nothing wrong with me’ ... did you know that when you’re taking hormone birth control, your monthly bleeds are not actually periods... they’re just a withdrawal from the drug... so in effect, aren’t even needed! 😱🤯 💣- just go and buy this book!! Plz plz plz.

|YOGA| yoga is for everyone and everybody. recently I spoke to a few people, they explained that they find the practice of yoga very daunting, all they see in the media is men and women wearing very little clothes  and doing impressive asanas (poses). to be that body confident is amazing but not  what yoga is about.

the asanas we do in our mats is only 8th of what the practice has to share with us.

there is so much more to yoga than poses . It is about finding your light, the  being that is yearning to blossom. practicing all 8 limbs of yoga in your everyday life is a full on practice, making it your lifestyle will give you mental freedom, enlightenment, oneness with all living things, union with the devine. 
our yoga practice should include, self restraints, how we treat ourselves as well as other, observance in what we do and say. breathing exercises, sense withdraw, concentration & meditation. by becoming the best version of yourself you can offer the best to the rest, regardless if you are wearing hot pants or not.

Come joing me for beginners classes every mondays @11:30, wednesday @ 11:30 and saturdays at 9:30.

|POSTPARTUM/ POSTNATAL | Our pregnant bodies change a ton of course, but in a lot of ways I think we're prepared for it—and we have regular medical appointments where we can get answers, and assurance.

This is not the same case for all the changes that happen after birth. Everything feels different and quite weird, to be honest. there is not clear guidance on what to expect,  what is normal or what is not. 
It can feel pretty odd to be living in a body that doesn't seem like yours. 
But just because it's confusing, doesn't mean it's not something to be immensely proud of. No matter how a baby comes into your life, your body will change because of it. It's molding and changing to accommodate the new life that it is supporting. It may be healing and doing one hundred things to keep you healthy too.

How powerful is that?

Come and join me in the mat, we will share a nurturing and loving practice, a way to connect to your new you, one hour just for you to feel how you doing and check in.

These past few days I’ve been feeling really strange. Turns out I’m not the only one - and these feelings are due to a solar surge and a huge spike in vibration of the Schumann Resonance (the earths heartbeat) 🌍
. 
This is a huge energy shift, which can alter our own human energetic frequency as it tries to readjust.
. 
This can result in a sudden wave of anxiety, that doesn’t seem to lift, dizziness, disrupted/lack of sleep, irritability, a shift in consciousness and a releasing of older emotions… to name a few.
.

These past few days I’ve been feeling really strange. Turns out I’m not the only one - and these feelings are due to a solar surge and a huge spike in vibration of the Schumann Resonance (the earths heartbeat) 🌍
.
This is a huge energy shift, which can alter our own human energetic frequency as it tries to readjust.
.
This can result in a sudden wave of anxiety, that doesn’t seem to lift, dizziness, disrupted/lack of sleep, irritability, a shift in consciousness and a releasing of older emotions… to name a few.
.
